Booking & Appointments
- Bookings are made via our website link, which directs you to Fresha, or via email at hello@suryaskinwellness.com.
- You can change or cancel within 48 hours of your appointment.
- Please disclose any medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, recent procedures or skin sensitivities prior to your appointment, so we can personalise your treatment safely.
Surya Memberships
- Consistency is key, that's why we have created our Surya membership that will keep your skin glowing. If you opt for our membership you may enjoy discounted rates, priority booking, or special perks.
- Our memberships are for 6 months and Dipti will send you a personalised skin plan along with lifestyle tips including supplements, diet and mindful exercises
- Missed appointments or cancellations within the policy window may affect eligibility for discounts or benefits.
- Failure to maintain payments may result in cancellation of membership benefits and a requirement to reconcile discounts and complimentary services.
Duration
- Typical treatments range between 60 and 90 minutes, depending on the ritual / facial booked.
Payment
- We accept major debit and credit cards, online payments, and cash.
- A non-refundable deposit (typically 30%) is required to confirm your booking for certain appointments.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations within 24 hours may incur up to 50% of the treatment cost.
- Please ensure that all cancellations are confirmed by Surya Skin + Wellness
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 12 hours) will be charged the full service fee (100%).
- If you’re more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten your treatment or reschedule, with full price still applying.
After Advanced Procedures (Injectables, Laser, Peels, etc.)
- If you’ve recently had injectables, laser work, chemical peels, or microblading, we require a minimum waiting period (often 2 weeks, but this depends on the procedure) before booking certain facials.
- Please check with your medical/aesthetic practitioner and inform us when booking. Some of our rituals and treatments are suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding, while others (e.g. chemical peels, microneedling) may not be.

Pregnancy, Breastfeeding & Medical Conditions
- Some of our rituals and treatments are suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding, while others (e.g. chemical peels, microneedling) may not be.
- Please inform us of pregnancy, breastfeeding, surgeries, medications, or skin conditions at booking so we can curate a safe treatment.
Treatment Discomfort & Side Effects
- Our treatments are designed to be gentle, soothing, and minimally invasive.
- You may experience mild tingling, warmth, or light flushing — especially during treatments like peels or microneedling. These are normal and temporary.
- Possible minor side effects (redness, swelling, peeling) will be discussed during consultation. If you have any concerns or unexpected reactions, contact us immediately.
Gift Vouchers
- Our digital Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from purchase (unless otherwise stated).
- Vouchers are redeemable for treatments only, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be used by the named recipient in a single session (unless otherwise agreed).
Retail Products & Refunds
- You are not obligated to purchase products used during your treatment, though we may suggest / recommend ones that complement your skin goals.
- If you choose to purchase, we’ll guide you toward what fits your skin and lifestyle best. Product Returns & Refunds
- We offer refunds or exchanges for unopened, unused products within 7 days, provided you present proof of purchase.
- No refunds on completed services, but your comfort matters — if you’re dissatisfied, please reach out immediately so we can make it right.
Silent Treatment
- If you prefer a silent, relaxed treatment experience without conversation, please let us know in advance or indicate “quiet session” when booking. We’ll tailor the environment to support that.
Health & Safety
- We maintain rigorous standards of hygiene, sterilization, and safety in the studio.
- Minors (under the age of 16) require parental consent; pets are not permitted in treatment areas
Service Rights & Adjustments
- We reserve the right to decline or reschedule services if we believe a treatment may not be safe or appropriate.
- We reserve the right to adjust treatment prices as needed to stay relevant and compliant with industry standards. Additionally, we may modify or remove treatments as necessary.
Privacy & Data
- Your personal information is handled with strict confidentiality, stored securely, and never shared without your consent.
- We comply with UK GDPR and data protection laws.
